Very nice stay @ Senggigi

The resort is very well located, the staff very friendly and dedicated to the customers. A special thanks to Erwin and Aisyah + Kyan. The room was very quiet. Very good value for money.

The extra activities proposed should be better explained (brochure, details) since I was surprised about what I’ve got (not bad, but different than anticipated)

We will definitely come back and would have loved to stay more than one night there.

We loved this Resort! The team is great, the receptionnist Aishya was so sweet and welcoming. The view of the beach is spectacular and the room impeccable! We had a wonderful service for lunch and dinner served by Arman and the restaurant team, very friendly staff. Truely our best breakfast in our Indonesian trip.

Great location and good

The location is pretty good though slightly secluded. But kudos to Aisyah, the front office girl. She truly made my stay enjoyable! Surprised me with a cake for my birthday!

There isn't nearby amenities like 24 hours so I suggest loading up on amenities before coming back to the hotel.

Nice stay

The hotel is nice, amazing view from the room. Very nice breakfast. The reception also helped us rent a scooter for 0.5 a day and it was very nice!

Gorgeous stay

Gorgeous Resort with an amazing infinity pool and a fantastic view of the sunset (in town you can't see the sunset). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a short 10 minute walk into town. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, it was not noisy.

The menu at the restaurant was limiting and on the pricey side but I think that is just Lombok! It's a lot more remote than Bali.

We were supposed to receive a spa something upon arrival and it didn’t happen. The check out staff were extremely rude when I questioned paying for room service breakfast, which we didn’t eat. There was potentially a ghost in the bedroom.

Awesome but out of town

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way for me. For instance, Elly picked up some medicine for me in Mataram. The breakfast was huge. All the Indonesian food was delicious. The view was spectacular. It's a gorgeous place.

The private lagoon pool was awesome (so big!), but it was too warm. The lagoon pool rooms are a little small because of the large outdoor area, but my sliding glass door didn't lock properly. I had to use the side door. It wasn't a big deal.

Location of property. Close to central Sengeggi.

Hotel lacked that special feeling. It bills itself as being a magical place to stay but would not agree.

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. The staff are brilliant- friendly, welcoming and professional. The food prepared by the hotel chefs is delicious- particularly relevant to vegans and vegetarians, the chefs are more than happy to prepare delicious Indonesian dishes using tempeh, tofu and local vegetables, amazing! The hotel has a great infinity pool next to the restaurant and bar with sea views, and there's a lovely small beach where you can go swimming and snorkelling. Sunsets across the ocean are amazing, with views of Bali in the distance. Excellent fire dances by the staff! Many thanks in particular to Dayat (restaurant service), Helmi, Sunny and Ida for making my stay so enjoyable. I'll definitely come back! Thanks everyone :)

Lovely staff, stunning infinity pool. We were in the hotel rooms and used the main pool. The villas had their own infinity pools. Breakfast was decent but could have had more western options.

Hotel standards nearer to 5 star than the published 4 star - excellent

Staff and facilities were top rate. Staff were particularly helpful in many aspects and the service was always delivered in a friendly manner. Could name some individuals who stood out but that maybe unfair as all the service teams went the extra mile. Enormous amount of work went into the New Years Eve event and it all came good. Rooms were of a really good standard, nicely fitted out, huge bathroom and really large comfortable bed. Good standards in the restaurant. Airport shuttle was a reasonable price considering the high standard of their vehicles. Ellie, you can be extremely proud of your various teams and the facilities Rajavilla provides - well done.

Bar prices possibly slightly excessive compared to local bars and restaurants but otherwise no complaints at all

Resort of a higher standard than most around us.

Resort of a higher standard than most around us. Rated 4 star but mostly closer to 5 star. Staff amazing and extra friendly, always went the extra mile. Bed was extra comfy and the bathroom very spacious. Good decor and fittings. Excellent views from most rooms. The gardens are well maintained. The pool was clean and adequate. Close to town centre - 10- 15 mins - but taxi less than AU$1 if you prefer to ride. Taxis always available but recommend Bluebird, private will rip you off even after strong negotiation; don't use private unless you are forced.

Bar prices excessive e.g AU$15 for a cocktail when local bars were AU$7-10 and 2 for one in happy hour

Great new hotel

Everything! Amazing views from the rooms and pool. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Dayat!! The breakfast was to die for, so many choices including vegetarian and vegan options. You'll never go hungry, we didn't even need to eat lunch as we were still full. The rooms were immaculate, spacious bathroom, loads of towels, toiletries, hair dryer available on request.

The pricing for the spa and restaurant were a bit high but it is a resort at the end of the day and the quality of the food was incredible. Would be better suited to a special occasion meal. Loads of cheap eats close by anyway for guests.
